Welcome to NoteSane. By accessing or using our website, desktop application, or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all notes, sketches, voice memos, files, and other content ("User Content") that you create, upload, or store in the Service. We do not claim ownership rights to your User Content.
3.2 License to Us
In order to provide the Service to you, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, and perform your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defaming, or otherwise objectionable.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful computer code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Service.
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without our permission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteSane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
